In addition to the Feedfeed Mindfulness Summit, where fellow speakers and myself will help attendees look at their life as a system of inputs and outputs in an effort to identify little changes we can make in order to live a more sustainable life, Allies of Mother Earth is hosting a cleanup at Griffith Park to put some of that work into action.

Deets:

Meet at the Griffth Park Ranger Station, which is located near the Welcome Center at 10 AM.

There is ample parking, both near the ranger station and in the overflow parking below.

From there, we will walk a 2.5 loop (you can extend it if you’d like) that is on pretty level ground so it’s easy and for anyone.

What To Bring / Wear:

While I do have a few supplies for the cleanup, they are limited so please see the list below:

• Closed Toe Shoes / Comfortable Walking Shoes

• Gloves (I do have some single-use reusable gloves, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer)

• Bucket or Reusable Bag

• Water

• Sunscreen

• A hat (to hide from the sun)
